Physical Form

Cheerleading tryouts will be held May 14 - May 17 from 4:00 to 5:30 in the big gym.  You must be academically eligible to tryout and you must have a current physical on file. The complete tryout packet is due to Ms. Boyd no later than Friday, May 10. If you have any questions, please see Ms. Boyd.
