The online payment site at CHMS RevTrak is open now.
DCSS requires a $25 technology fee for each student-issued chromebook. The fee is paid online at the link below by selecting "chromebook rental fee" from the menu of student fees on CHMS RevTrak online payment site.

DCSS Student Learning Device Agreement
-The learning device is to be used for educational purposes only.
-The learning device is property of the Douglas County School System.
-Student must comply with the DCSS Acceptable Use Regulation IFBG-R1 as linked above.
-Student will be held responsible for returning the chromebook and charger. Lost chargers must be replaced by the student. .
-The tech fee does NOT cover a lost chromebook or charger. The fee to replace a lost chromebook is $250.00. A QR code to purchase a new charger will be given to any student who loses their charger.
-Chromebooks damaged beyond repair will result in a replacement fee of $250.
Chromebooks will be issued by grade level during the second week of school, once payment is made and user agreements are signed & returned. Please take a moment to read and discuss with your student(s) the information related to appropriate technology use & supervision as well as chromebook care and responsibility for their assigned device.
